Planning desk
A deadline belongs to a reservation, not a whole weekend.
Before paying, identify exactly what can change, when the deadline falls and who handles the request.
Build a confirmation ledger
Give each reservation a row: supplier, booking reference, covered products, total, payment timing, cancellation deadline, stated time zone and support route. Keep the original confirmation as the authority. A hotel amenity page does not replace the selected-rate terms.
Read package conditions across the inclusions
Ask whether cancellation of the room also cancels the included parking or meal and how unused inclusions are handled. If the page does not answer, seek a written answer from the supplier before committing. Do not assume inclusions carry a separate refundable value.
Keep theatre commitments separate
Use the official show route to inspect the chosen seller and performance. Record delivery, exchange and cancellation terms on the ticket row. A flexible hotel rate does not establish flexibility for a separately purchased ticket.
Apply the selected rate, not an old summary
An offer page can help you shortlist; the rate conditions shown for your chosen dates need their own reading. Check for prepayment, deposits, no-show treatment and any conditions attached to modifying dates or room category.
When plans change
Review each supplier confirmation before taking action. Use the support route on the booking, retain the written response, and verify which reservations remain active. Use the supplier named on the booking for changes, refunds or cancellations.
